„Comfortable room, not a one minute walk to mall road. Room had no heating making it a bit cold in winter. Fantastic choice at breakfast. I was lucky to have a balcony however the taxi drivers use the road the balcony overlooked as an urinal.“

„My family had a wonderful vacation stay at the Orchard Greens. The rooms were comfortable and most services were a phone call away. Excellent room service and good housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was well prepared and had enough variety for all family members. Kids loved playing in the kiddie park and lawn upfront. Most Manali locations were easily walkable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and it is perfect for anyone going with kids and grandparents to Manali. “

„We had horrible experience overall staying at this hotel. Cons: - The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow, making it nearly impossible to reach by car. It’s only suitable for those traveling by bike or on foot, so plan accordingly. - Heaters are not included in the rooms and are only available for an additional Rs. 600, which is inconvenient, especially in cold weather. - The breakfast buffet was disappointing in both variety and quality. „A decent hotel but food is very costly and the services doesn't match the price they charge. Their breakfast buffet menu can be covered in one fifth of the amount they charge. On top of that they don't serve with smile and hesitate on every request. This hotel is ok if you plan to stay for a single day. Not worthy for a long stay. In any case please avoid taking breakfast / dinner at the hotel.“

„We had a great stay in this hotel in Manali. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was very comfortable and the meals were very good. Our overseas credit cards wouldn’t work so they allowed us to check in and stay the first night until we could locate an ATM to be able to pay in cash. We felt very safe in the area “
