„We stayed two nights at the BoomBoat suite. It was very clean and comfortable with beautiful and thoughtful attention to detail. The suite is cozy with a nice private outdoor space and a well organized kitchen. Denise and Don were welcoming and kind, respectful of privacy but available if needed. „Alert Bay is a very nice very scenic costal community with lots of history. Gordie’s is right in the middle of it all, right on the water with excellent views of the ocean, sunsets are incredible. Food at the restaurant…the seafood linguine was amazing, sooo good! The room didn’t have a TV but who cares, things to look at were everywhere “

Nice hosts, nice and clean rooms, very nicely decorated. breakfast buffet: nice bagels, good bananabread, filtercoffee, tea, butter, benutbutter, honey, jam, juice boxes, no cheese or meat, melones.
