• Fireplace: Gas fireplace included. May occasionally not light during high winds.
• Parking: Heated underground garage parking is available (paid) — available after 5:00 PM on check-in day. Free general lot parking also available nearby.
• Washer/Dryer: Coin-operated laundry available in building (not in-unit).
• No resort fee charged with this unit.
