„The pictures online were great, the location was really good. There was a smell when we came in that was not good. When we used the washing machine the smell was worse. The air filters were very dirty. The shower/bath were old and didn’t feel clean, The condominium building itself needed lots of upkeep. If you are an early gym riser note that you cannot access the gym until 7:30 it’s locked up.“

„Location is perfect but the property was dirty, seems like someone was just there , smelled nasty, trash piled at the door upon arrival, parking is not free. A ticket was placed on my car. Communication is terrible due to the different hosts I was trying to reach out too. After seeing the condition we decided to make the best of it because of the weekend I could not get a temporary credit to book another home for my family. Not an ideal home for family. I disputed the charges as soon as I could.“

„I reached out with a text to property manager and he responded that day to ask me about the sink and then I texted him with all of the stuff I found wrong with the location. He said he was sending someone and never did.“
