„The house is so well appointed and was able to accomodate our group of 11 easily! We had ages ranging from 67 to 6 and there was something for everyone! The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Access to the beach was great. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!“

„This house was PERFECT for all of us. We had an age range from 5-75. There was plenty of room and space for everyone to break away if needed. The pool was a great size for all of the kids to play. Walk to beach wasn't bad and where you access the beach was not crowded AT ALL (which could have also been the timing of our stay). It was like we had a private beach. We will definitely be back to stay in this house the next time visiting HHI!“

„We really enjoyed our stay here for the weekend to watch the Heritage golf tournament! The view from the condo is beautiful, and the boardwalk to Coco’s and the beach is an awesome added benefit! All questions were answered promptly by the host which was much appreciated. This condo was about a 15 minute drive to the restaurants we had on our list and to Sea Pines. The elevator to the building was broken, which is not this property owner’s fault, but caused inconvenient wait times at the other ...

„This is the second time we stayed in this room as a family. Clean, stocked, and ready for arrival. It has as good of a view of the marsh and beach as you're going to get on HHI without renting a home. Pool, bar, boardwalk are all fantastic. I say its not a resort because it is an HOA. „Our family had a great beach stay here! The condo fit our needs very well and we found it to be very well stocked and supplied with anything we needed. We appreciated that the kitchen had everything you’d need and there was plenty of linens, bath towels, etc. The property was a fun place for our kids to enjoy. This unit was in a very good location for beach access and back and forth ( did not have to rely on elevator) which was further away and always had a wait. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the landlords were very accessible. We did not have any issues and everything was as advertised. Very nice and would stay again.“
