Sunrise Cove 402: Fully Remodeled Waterfront Condo on Siesta Key

Unit 402 at Sunrise Cove is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the 4th floor in building one, with stunning views of Sarasota Bay. This ideal location overlooks the large main pool, with both bay and gulf views, as well as offering the closest access to the clubhouse, tennis courts and fitness rooms, and is quick walk to Turtle Beach. The kitchen has quartz countertops, along with every amenity you could imagine or need, and is open to the dining room and living area. This unit comes with an ice maker and has a Keurig coffee maker. With tiled floors throughout, the condo has a charming and relaxing coastal décor. The living room has triple sliding doors that open onto your private glassed and screened in lanai with roll up blinds where you can enjoy the sunrise, dine at the separate table or relax on the loveseat. The living room has a 65 inch flat screen, one of three televisions in the condo, with cable and Wi-Fi included, and a comfortable seating area including a recliner. If you need a place to work, the desk and bookcase will provide you with just the spot to do so.

The master bedroom has king bed and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Plantation shutters, additional seating, walk-in closet and a gorgeous bay view complete the room. The second bedroom is configured as king bed, but can be separated into two twin beds on request, a walk-in closet, and the second full bathroom with shower is right around the corner. There are also two inflatable twin beds - perfect if a grandchild visits! A covered parking spot is assigned, and laundry facilities are nearby on the same floor. From linens, dishes, and cookware to pool toys, beach towels, beach chairs and more, everything you could possibly wish for is just waiting for your arrival!

Sunrise Cove on Siesta Key features amenities such as (2) Tennis ball courts, (4) Pickleball courts, (49) boat dock slips for a small fee, Fitness center, Game room with billiards, library and ping-pong, on-site management and maintenance, 70ft large temperature controlled lap pool, 40ft heated pool on the south end of the property, picnic area on the bay, (2) grilling areas, one of which is behind the cabana of the lap pool on the bay. At Sunrise Cove on Siesta Key we have taken great care to ensure that each unit is fully furnished to create a home away from home that will ensure the best stay possible. Aside from the unit coming fully furnished the following items are left in the unit at check-in:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Early Cancellation: The Advance Payment, less the non- refundable Administrative Fee of $100 and the non-refundable Booking Fee of 5% of the Rent and less all applicable State and County taxes associated, shall be refunded, if written notice of cancellation of the reservation under this Occupancy Agreement is received by the Agent at least ninety (90) days before the arrival date appearing on the attached reservation form. Agent also reserves the right to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the arrival date by providing written notice of cancellation to the Guest in which event the Advance Payment shall be refunded in full including the Administrative Fee and the Booking Fee. If a Guest provides written notice of cancellation of the reservation under this Occupancy Agreement for any reason after ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date appearing on the attached reservation form and before sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, Guest would be entitled to a refund of any amount paid, less the total Advance Payment amount.

2. Late Cancellation: If Guest provides written notice of cancellation of the reservation under this Occupancy Agreement for any reason sixty (60) days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the Guest is not entitled to any refund of the total amount paid. The same applies if the Guest arrives after the scheduled arrival date and/or if your time in the Unit is interrupted for any reason and you leave earlier than your scheduled departure date. Provided however, in the event Agent is able to rent the Unit to another guest for the entire rental period at the same rental fee and cost specified in this Occupancy Agreement, the payments paid by Guest, shall be refunded in full less the non-refundable Administrative Fee and the non-refundable Booking Fee. In the event the Unit is only rented for part of the rental period, a prorated refund will be made based on the portion of the canceled occupancy period that was paid for by another guest. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE GUEST OBTAIN TRAVEL INSURANCE WHEN THE RESERVATION IS MADE IN THE EVENT THAT YOU MUST CANCEL.

3. VRBO Booking Fee: VRBO charges an 8%-12% Booking fee at the time of booking through their platform that is non-refundable. Please take note of the fee applied by them at booking in the event of cancellation.
