Summary:
Poolside Suite is a hotel room style suite. There is a king sized bed & a 65” smart TV. Free Wifi.
A private en suite bathroom features a walk in shower, toilet and large vanity with sink & mirror. Also provided in a walk in closet space is a fridge, microwave, freezer, blender, cups, plates, silverware, keurig, iron, mini ironing board & hangers.

Simple & stylish! No frills, yet all the necessities!

The a/c is a centralized system, set to 71-73 degrees. Fan provided.

The Space:
This hotel room style suite is all new as of 2022. It’s just 5 steps to the pool deck and shared heated swimming pool. Other guests at the resort also use the pool. There are also shared complimentary kayaks and stand up paddle boards for guests to use at their own risk.

The poolside suite is perfect for 2 people who want to be on Siesta Key in new, clean and stylish accommodations.

There is also a bistro table and stools to sit at, as well as bright LED lighting throughout the suite.

You can fish, sunbathe and relax on the deck and there is also a boat dock.

A copy of your ID is required when making the reservation.

Guest Access:
The Poolside Suite is completely private, and for your use only. Your private entrance opens to your private studio with private bathroom, on the ground floor. You will have your own suite in a multi unit building.

The Neighborhood:
Island style living on Siesta Key. Kick back, relax and enjoy America’s #1 beach, with several public beach accesses close by. The closest ones are just half a mile or a 10 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
South village is just a 10 min walk away. Restaurants, bars, marina, tiki bars etc.
Free parking for 1 vehicle is available onsite. Outside the parking area is the Trolley stop, the free trolley runs up and down Siesta Key 7 days a week. There are also many “free rides” that you can hop onto, to get around as well as the ability to rent bikes, golf carts, and other free mini buses to ride on as well!

Other Things to Note:
There is a step up into the Suite.
The a/c is set to 71-73 degrees year round. You can adjust the direction of the airflow from the vents, and there is also a stand up fan provided too.
A mini cooler, beach towels and a Bluetooth speaker are provided for you to take to the beach.
Foldable beach chairs and pool floats can be found onsite for your use as well.

Interaction with Guests:
Available during business hours via messages. Happy to stay socially distanced if I do meet you onsite. No interaction is necessary though.
