Fisherman's Cove ist eine sehr seltene Siesta Key-Eigentumswohnung, in der jede Einheit direkten, unverbauten Blick auf den Golf hat. Das Gebäude ist eine der am nächsten am Golf gelegenen Eigentumswohnungen in ganz Siesta Key. Sie könnten einen Tennisball in den Golf von dieser Wohnung am Strand von Siesta Key werfen! Dieses Ferienhaus befindet sich am Turtle Beach auf der Insel Siesta Key in der Nähe von Sarasota, Florida, und bietet das Beste aus beiden Welten: den Strand vor und die Bootsanlegestellen mit Zugang zum Intracoastal Waterway auf der Rückseite. Fisherman's Cove ist praktisch von Wasser umgeben!

Dieses Gerät befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und Sie können direkt aus der Veranda auf den Sand gehen! Der Boden wurde durchgehend mit modernen Dielenfliesen veredelt. Die renovierte Küche verfügt über Granitoberflächen und moderne Geräte wie Kühlschrank, Glasherd / Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer Reihe von Kleingeräten und einer Kaffeemaschine von Kuerig. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für sechs Personen (einschließlich zwei Barhockern) und befindet sich direkt neben der Küche. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine neue, extra dicke Matratze im Queen-Size-Bett sowie einen Liebessitz, einen großen HD-Flachbildfernseher und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Lanai und den Golf. Die klimatisierte Veranda bietet Schieberegler mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko und den Strand. Dieses Gerät verfügt auch über Glasschieber zwischen dem Wohnzimmer und Lanai, die die Möglichkeit bieten, es zu schließen, damit das Innere klimatisiert ist. Schieber können jedoch auf dem Lanai geöffnet werden. Es ist mit Stühlen und Tisch ausgestattet, damit Sie es sich so nah wie möglich am Wasser bequem machen können.

Die Eigentümer haben dieses Gerät mit vielen Extras ausgestattet, darunter Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm, Boogie-Boards / Skim-Boards, Kindersurfboard, Strandspielzeug, Eimerball, ein Strandkarren und vieles mehr! Es gibt auch eine Wii-Spielekonsole mit Spielen, Brettspielen (für Kinder und Erwachsene) und einer Reihe von Familienfilmen auf DVD.

Schlafen Sie nachts mit der Meeresbrandung direkt vor Ihrem Fenster! Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Erkerfenster mit Blick auf den Golf und den Strand. Es verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen großen HD-Fernseher, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Bad mit einer gefliesten Kombination aus Badewanne und Dusche.

Dieses Gerät verfügt über ein eigenes Highspeed-Breitband-WLAN. Eine Wäscherei mit Waschmaschine / Trockner ist nur wenige Schritte den Gehweg hinunter. Bootsanlegestellen stehen den Gästen ohne Aufpreis zur Verfügung !! Bringen Sie Ihr Boot mit oder mieten Sie eines, nachdem Sie hier angekommen sind. Truly a beachfront condo

This unit was nice. I will say being on the bottom floor the sand dune and grass area blocked your view of the beautiful ocean which was a let down. There are a few things that need to be addressed. All of the beach furniture was either broken or not in good shape to be using. The beach cart had wheels missing off it. Most of the beach chairs were broken. The front storm door had white tape on it in several places holding the glass in. The front storm door was catching and hard to open. Our friends on the 3rd floor had beautiful views and we had to share their beach umbrella and beach chairs as ours were expired a long time ago.

Short getaway

Had a great time the condo was nice needs a little attention. The front screen door is bent and the back lani door realy needs replaced its old n outdated the keys you get for your unit dont work in back door locks are so rusted you cant lock the door.the unit its was nice the kitchen needs a little attention besides the dishes n cups everything was scattered in drawers n cupboards. Cleanliness of place was good, there are enough beach chairs n unbrella to use coolers n pool floats too. Ground floor unit was nice beautiful sunsets, overall i would recommend renting this unit

Nothing but rest and relaxation!!!

What a wonderful week we had! Property is just as advertised. We enjoyed being on the quiet end of the island and loved Turtles restaurant. Discovered yoga on the beach and saw a manatee swim right by our fishing pole. Hope to return again.

We found Fisherman’s Cove to be a hidden gem. Property management and maintenance responded very quickly to a couple small issues and they were pleasurable to work with. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us.

pretty nice unit and great location. excellent access to the Gulf and Little Sarasota Bay. the kitchen was well equipped. some of the appliances were a bit dated but worked fine for the most part. the shared clothes drying machine did not work properly there was an unusually high amount of pesticide application on the grounds by the staff (multiple days that we noticed and multiple rounds per day!) lots of pesticide application on bare sand on the beach side of the units. not great when so many beach users are going barefoot; also not great for the wildlife, which is one of our favorite parts of SW Florida.

Wonderful place

We stayed here for a week during September 2018. Red tide was a problem, but the condo was fantastic. The second day we were there, someone shouted at us in the parking lot and asked if we had seen the Manatee in the bay. Turns out, that person was the owner of the condo...a really nice guy. Had he not pointed them out, we would not have seen them. This place is absolutely awesome. The owners are really nice too.

- owners of the condo are doing an excellent welcome - all useful information about the condo were sent a few weeks in advance - on arrival refrigerator was filled with bottled water and orange juice; coffee was available - for the kids there is a abundant amount of toys for the beach - you walk out and are directly at the beach - excellent beach seats,umbrella are available - dedicated and secure parking - very safe environment - the ideal place to take a vacation with family at the est beach in USA

One suggestion would be to give the check in information in the FIRST email of information. If someone is on the road for a few weeks before, it is easy to miss when multiple emails are sent!

Great Vacation Condo!

We were really happy with this condo and would definitely recommend it! Everything we needed for the beach, cooking and just relaxing were available! I was hesitant because we prefer to have a washer and dryer in our unit, but the laundry facility was right around the corner and well kept! The views were amazing! Access to the beach was right outside the lanai and many restaurants and shopping were just a short drive away! This was our first trip to Siesta Key but it will definitely not be our last! Thank you for the great vacation property!

Condo has everything you need and more!

Condo was perfect for our stay and was well stocked. Owners even contacted us prior to our arrival and had some adult beverages chilled and waiting for us! The location can’t be beat and we loved having access to both the bay (rented a boat) and the Gulf. This condo had beach chairs and coolers and even a SUP for our use. Unfortunately we arrived when red tide was still active so did not spend much time on the beach (not the owners fault!). I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Best experience ever at a VRBO

I cannot say enough good about Lisa @ Sunnyside Properties and Russ (owner). They communicated with us in advance of our trip (and even had a supply of our favorite beverages chillin' in the fridge when we arrived) and throughout our visit to see whether we needed anyrhing. The cleaning team broke a lamp before we arrived and Russ replaced it with a temporary lamp immediately; the following day, he brought over a matching set - not that we cared if they matched but this example demonstrated Russ' commitment to providing an excellent/top notch experience for his guests. Everything this property listed was as they described and in good working order. He also left a 'suggestion' card soliciting our feedback so he could improve. We honestly had to stretch to think of anything outside of delivering sunny weather. In hindsight, the day we checked out, the cleaning lady arrived a little early. We were supposed to be on a plane when she showed up. However when our flight was changed to a later one, we didn't think to inform Lisa or Russ (totally our communication failure). She was okay with coming back a little later so we could finish up packing for the airport. This property was the perfect location - at the end of a dead end road (we could actually make a left turn to get onto Midnight Pass without waiting), walked onto the uncrowded beach just steps away (with my husband's mobility issues, this was critical for us) and on the main floor. We happily rebooked for next year.
