„Wir waren eine Woche hier und haben jeden Tag genossen. Carlos war ein sehr sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber!!! Vieln Dank für Alles!Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Mit Pool, Garten, Terrasse und Grill ist alles da, was man für entspannte Abende nach einem Tag in Madrid braucht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, trotdem sind Restaurants, Supermarkt, eine empfehlenswerte französiche Bäckerei, eine kleine aber feine Eisdiele und der Bus nach Madrid nur 5 min Fußweg ...

Leider versprechen die Fotos im Internet bei weiten mehr als es in Wirklichkeit aussieht. „Un sitio no muy lejos del centro de Madrid, casa muy cuidada y con muchos tipos de actividades, billar, futbolín, pin pon,pista de fútbol, un parque para los peques, dardos, etc todo ello con piscina y jacuzzi. Sitio muy tranquilo, hemos estado muy agusto todo muy bien. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy buena y cordial, dándonos facilidades tanto para entrar como para salir.“

„La casa es preciosa, muchos de los muebles son muy bonitos además. La ubicación es perfecta, en el muy tranquilo El Cubillo. La atención previa y durante la estancia fue muy cordial y rápida. En el debe solo pondría que ciertas partes de la casa no estaba tan limpia como habríamos deseado, pero es un detalle menor.“

„This place has clearly fallen into disrepair. The pool was completely empty other than a puddle of mud at the bottom and the walls were filthy. There were damp marks on the walls in the bedrooms. The host initially promised a refund and then denied this as soon as we'd checked out. A total waste of money and time. Don't make the same mistake we did, you'd have less heartache throwing the money in the drain! “
