"We had such a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend booking a room with a balcony — the sunset views are wonderful. Instead of spending our evenings in rooftop bars as we usually do in Madrid, we ended up enjoying several romantic evenings right on our own balcony, watching the city change colour. It was such a treat. The rooftop pool is quite small, but it’s perfect for relaxing your muscles after a long day exploring the city. The generous opening hours from 7am to 7pm make it especially easy to enjoy. I’d also definitely recommend booking breakfast. It’s served on the top floor, with a beautiful terrace and amazing views over Madrid — a lovely way to start the day. The whole team with April, Renzo and the others, were incredibly caring, warm and welcoming. We really felt looked after throughout our stay. I also loved that the hotel provides refillable filtered water rather than constantly giving guests plastic bottles. It’s such a useful and sustainable measure, I wish more hotels would adopt. As the team knew it was my birthday, they even surprised me with a thoughtful note and a little treat in the room. Such a sweet and personal gesture. All in all, a wonderful stay with beautiful views, genuinely warm service and some lovely little details that made it feel special."

"Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit guter Anbindung an die Metro. Wir hatten zu Dritt ein Zimmer mit zwei Räumen, einem Bett und einer Schlafcouch. Das Zimmer hatte einen direkten Blick auf den Plaza de España. Es verfügt über TV, Safe, Bügeleisen, Föhn, Kühlschrank, Wasser, Wasserkocher usw. Der Platz war ausreichend. Highlight ist die Rooftop-Bar. Ein echtes Erlebnis mit toller Aussicht und Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Es wird für jeden Geschmack etwas geboten. Wir hatten schon mehrere Male dort übernachtet und kommen gerne wieder."

"Absolutely wonderful – we will definitely be back! We had an amazing stay at this hotel and were impressed from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, and the service was truly outstanding. Our room was beautiful, with an absolutely incredible view. Everything was perfect and no wishes were left unfulfilled. We felt comfortable and very well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The restaurant was fantastic in the evening, and breakfast was equally wonderful, with a great selection and delicious food. All in all, a truly unforgettable stay. We will definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this hotel!"
