„When we checked in, we checked in with a women that seems to be the owner of the hotel/ restaurant. We were there for 3 days and this woman was working the entire time. She made our stay very enjoyable. If your looking for a relaxing and someone catering to your every need, this is the place to come. There is a bus that can take you there, but I was not able to figure that out the first day. “

„One of the nicest short stays I have ever had in Italy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very skeptical at first about a 3 star hotel. The only thing we found different was our room was a little smaller than some 4 star rooms. The bed was very comfortable, the bath room was more than adequate with a very generous shower. „Es war einfach wunderschön. Man hat das Gefühl, daß man nach Hause kommt. Die Inhaber sind mehr als bemüht einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen. Es gibt nichts, aber auch gar nichts zu bemängeln. Da ich geschäftlich 3 mal im Jahr in Vicenza bin, weiß ich jetzt wo ich in Zukunft meinen Aufenthalt buchen werde.“

„It was a great weekend. The boutique hotel is in the middle of all the sights. everything is within walking distance. The city has many great museums, palaces and churches. There are also many culinary highlights that were recommended to us by the boutique hotel. Vicenza is a great city with friendly people and great hospitality. The accommodation and the people there were more than polite and courteous. The breakfast was also perfect. Very highly recommended.“

„Es war excellent Aufenthalt in Villa Bongiovanni - unterewegs nach Venedig. Gastfreundschaft, Sauberkeit, Gemuetlichkeit, - in eine historische Villa war sehr schoen und angenehm fuer unsere Familie. Naechste Mal werden dort neue Aufenhalt reservieren!“

„Ausgezeichnetes Serviceverhalten: ich benötigte spät abends einen Transfer vom Flughafen VCE nach Vicenza und ins Hotel. Eine Anfrage beim Hotel endete mit einem sehr guten Angebot und einer überaus pünktlichen Abholung. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist umfangreich und von guten Qualität. Leider war ich nur wenige Stunden dort. “
