„Im grossen und ganzen ok. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht ganz. Im Zimmer hat es Spinnweben und die Toiletten Artikel werden nicht nachgefüllt (vanity kit). Gewisse Dinge brauchen eine Renovierung. Zb der pool, wo auch der Sprudelbereich nicht funktioniert und wo die Keramik sich verabschiedet. Das essen ist gut doch die Portionen sind knapp. Es ist morgens um 6 Uhr schon laut! Ein Rudel Hunde das bellt und die Lieferanten die sich nicht bemühen um diese zeit still zu sein!! Und ...

„We had a great stay at Chapter Chianti Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay.
