„The room was spacious and clean, though it gave a slightly dated appearance. There was a strange smell from the bathroom, which solved itself after a shower. The breakfast buffet had great Japanese and Western options. The staff was all very polite. All in all it makes a decent pick if you are coming from a different part of Japan and are in need of a hotel close to the airport. They have a half hourly shuttlebus to and from the airport. „Aussergewöhnlich guter Service. Sehr sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den See. Im großen und Ganzen ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Lage am See ist Top, allerdings ist das Hotel sehr abgelegen. “

„Staff were so friendly and helpful. The mount fuji view was the most amazing part of the stay. Super breakfast and onsen experience are just add on to these services. There is bus service every hour from hotel to railway station and back. I really recommend this stay for everyone. Hotel amenities were good. Japan hospitality is so great. Really enjoyed the stay. Cons:- bed was little hard. So i used two beds and 2 pillows to get proper sleep ( part of japan traditional beds on the floor) . “
