"Returning after a bit more than half a year (went in September 2024 for the first time) felt like coming home :) This is by far the best hotel in the best area of Tokyo - Highly appreciate the superfriendly, polite staff who is always happy to help, how clean and comfy the room is, the amenities, the view from the hotel to Kabukicho, the Godzilla head, when you exit directly into the busting life of Kabukicho, being close to Shinjuku station, so that most targets can be reached easily - just everything :) Next time, for the third time in our second home town, we will surely come back to Gracery ❤️"

"Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit guter U Bahn Anbindung. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich. Das Frühstück ist eine Kombination aus japanischen und westlichen Produkten. Große Auswahl, geschmacklich sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind gut Schallisoliert. Ein wenig übertrieben fand ich den Preis für early Check in. Dafür hat das Hotel 45000 Yen verlangt. Normal kann man erst ab 15 Uhr einchecken. "
