„Dark and gloomy area, not safe seeming at all. We were sent wrong apartment number so spent an hour trying to find 18 when in fact flat was 22.Heat kicked in at midnight and was impossible to turn down, WiFi barely worked and downstairs toilet was broken. Floor between living area and dining was cracked and constantly tripped people up. No dishwasher tablets also but overall most things we could have gotten over but sending wrong address just set the tone for a poor experience.Overall shabby and ...

„I had my hen do here in June and it was the most amazing weekend! The house has everything! The pool and hot tubs are such a great addition and there is so much space. Fully recommend staying here, can’t wait to come back! “

„This property is lovely and very spacious. All kitted out with essentials. Close to Penistone where there was nice cafe’s. We went for lunch at Ye Olde Mustard Pot and this was yummy. Nice decking area and hot tub is an added bonus. The only thing we weren’t aware of is that the property is next door to the owners and when we were outside one evening, the owners and their friends were also using the outdoor area and pizza oven. „8 of us rented this property while attending a friend's wedding. The location was excellent- it was nice to be on a quiet street so close to a main road. We were able to walk to tons of places and the shops/cafes/bars were great. The property was clean and well stocked. The communication was consistent and the check-in and check-out was very easy. The space accommodated our large group very easily and we had a great stay.“

„The location is very good, just a few yards from coffee shops restaurants and shops. The bungalow has its own parking space which is great. The garden was lovely and safe for the children to play. The bedrooms were ok the beds were very comfortable, one bedroom had a wet room but was a little outdated. The lounge had a large TV and seating for six. The kitchen was good with a dinning area. "Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Alle waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hätten uns jedoch über eine insgesamt größere Auswahl beim Frühstück gefreut. Das Angebot an Brot, Aufschnitt, Marmelade etc war ein wenig klein. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall nochmal hier ein Zimmer buchen!"

"Der Check In war eher unfreundlich und sehr unpersönlich. Es wurde nur kurz über das Frühstück gesprochen wo das stattfinden soll, wobei das noch mit falscher Uhrzeit. Für das, das es ein SPA Hotel sein soll wurde darüber nichts gesagt und keine Information gegeben wie der SPA zu nutzen geht. Auch auf dem Zimmer keine Broschüre oder sonstigen Angebote wie man als Gast das nutzen kann. Das Zimmer direkt nebem dem Aufzug sollte man meiden da sehr hellhöhrig."
