„I was up here for work and stayed two nights. Very comfortable bed and couch. Kitchen has the basics for cooking and dining. Plenty of shaded street parking.“

„My daughter and I loved staying at Rebecca’s place. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The AC was already turned down to a comfortable temperature for our arrival and cold waters were in the refrigerator. Rebecca messaged throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. We loved the beautiful backyard and pool. I would definitely stay her again.“

„We had a reunion to go to in Orland, California. And we had friends that were in Chico. So the location was perfect. The room was perfect and we had a great time.“

„Extremely private, clean, and well maintained space. Great shower! Awesome off street parking! Within 10-15 min from anything you’d want - gym, restaurants, etc. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. This will be my first option when I’m visiting Chico. “

„We were just in town for a show downtown but this loft was a perfect distance from that for us to have a peaceful rest. The beds were comfortable and check-in was easy. Even the parking situation was idea for my large truck. “

„So basically a hotel room in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of dresser & closet space with hangers. Comfortable Q bed, quality towels, everything I needed. I had to search the internet to figure out how to operate the coffee maker, but they supplied plenty of pods for it. I know its a Chico thing but ther are no street lights on the block. Made finding it after sunset interesting but the neighborhood is safe. I will definitely look to stay here again.“

"Die Fenster waren nicht dicht. Es war sehr laut. Die Handtücher etwas angegraut und schmutzig. Beim Versuch deine warme Dusche zu nehmen hatte man die Duscharmatur in der Hand und mußte kalt duschen. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption bemängelt und die Duscharmatur vorgelegt. Dies fand die Dame lustig. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Beim Frühstück, das auch kein Highlight war, war jeder Toast einzeln in zwei Folien eingepackt !!! Ein Hinweis, daß das Waschbecken nicht im Badezimmer ist, wäre hilfreich. Das war auf den Bildern für uns nicht zu erkennen. Insgesamt war es zu teuer. "
