„This studio with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us. The detail to design was obvious and appreciated. The location is within walking/biking distance of CSU Chico downtown, and Bidwell Park. As older non college students, we didn't feel out of place at all. The studio is on a quiet street without a lot of foot or auto traffic. “

„Came to Paradise for a family event and found the accommodations to be quite nice, unit is very clean and the view of the canyon is perfect when enjoying coffee in the morning. Was good to have dedicated parking, no need to worry about is the spot going to be open when I return. The place is located within 10 minutes of local grocery, Starbucks, restaurants etc. There’s a nice park called Billie Park which was great for getting out and stretching legs and is pet friendly as well. „Charming, thoughtfully appointed large studio with artful farmhouse decor. Well stocked kitchen, nice water pressure in shower. Very responsive owner. Easy check-in. One piece of advice: if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs to block out night noises, including refrigerator (ice maker?), train whistles, and early morning traffic. I would not appreciate this location as much if there were more than one person staying here or if that person were in a height range of 5' 10" to 6' 6" because the bed is full size. „So this reservation was canceled on the same day as booked owner states it is VRBO fault an VRBO says it is the owner fault. Paid a lot of money and asked for a full refund due to the unfortunate circumstances and owner and VRBO only gave us half back. I highly recommend finding another place to stay. As the owner is not very forgiving and is difficult to work with.“

„My partner and I stayed in this great unit for Alumni weekend. Kitchen has all you need. Bathroom is great. Bed is lower than normal for me, my 50 year old alumni body made do! My partner played in the Alumni lacrosse game - easy drive and location to everything you could imagine fun in Chico. Great alleyway parking area.Well lit at night which I loved. Great drapes.
