„Loved the location and the huge room with two huge beds (as we are a total of four, 2 adults and 2 kids). Only issue was the missing fridge and iron facility for clothes. Washing machine and dryer was great to use and the nearby metro station and mall were amazing. Breakfast was nice, but more felt a little lack of European options, coffee was great. Would stay there again in a minute. Thanks for the great atmosphere!“

„Stay was OK. Only one bath towel for two people. Selection of coffee and tea in the room poor. Orders from outside must be picked in the lobby, no delivery service from hotel. (By robot for example) So overall service should be improved.“

„とっても素敵なホテルでした！ 日本語ができる方がいてありがたかったです！！ 景色も最高でしたし、お部屋もとても綺麗で感動しました！ 全ての方が親切でした😊“

„Location is good but not downtown. You have metro line 7 directly there, so you can reach anything in Shanghai conveniently. The rooms have either sofa downstairs and bed upstairs or two queenbeds, a fantastic family room. Bath it small but good enough, room is fine, balcony is Tony and locked unfortunately. Breakfast has wide range of eastern and western stuff, even baguette and croissants. If your lucky there is coffee machine, but American filter coffee is available anyway.“

„Ein tolles Hotel, sauberes Zimmer und das Personal war freundlich und Hilfsbereit.“

„Clean, many breakfast options, close to the city center, 10 min walking to subway station. “

„The room was very clean, and modern“

„Wirklich super Service! Die Mitarbeiter sind alle 1a geschult. Sehr zu empfehlen!“

„スタッフの対応は良いのですが、掃除が駄目。 ベッドが柔らかすぎて腰が痛くなった。 階段の手すりが壊れてたり、トイレの便座がずれてたり…“
