The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. „Very convenient location and amenities. Super easy stay!“

„We booked for a last minute short getaway. The best feature of the property was the convenient beach access. The unit was quiet, clean, and appeared to be recently updated. The futon was uncomfortable to sleep on for an adult. We would book again but would probably bring an air mattress. It's probably fine for small kids. Highly recommend for a short beach getaway.“

„This is a brand new unit. Nice size for a studio with a king sized bed, a good sized kitchen area and nice sitting area. It was too hot to hang out on the small balcony, but that could be nice on a different weekend!Location is what makes this place so nice. We walked to Reed's for coffee, the Mar for dinner, and checked out the waterfront . . . without having to get in a car. Not too far from the bridge to head over to Atlantic Beach too. Overall, would rent again.“
