„My stay was great! The only reason it was not excellent it’s due to the checkin service. While I knew checkin was at 2pm, normally hotels have reception available during regular working hours to give info and luggage storage, however when I arrrived I discovered there was no reception service at all until 2pm, not even when writing to their WhatsApp. Thanks to the lovely ladies in cleaning that helped me and provided info about luggage storage until checkin time.
