„That the sofa bed was'nt ready/prepared when we checked in, even if we booked the apartement with 1 bed + 1 sofabed and that NUMA told us, to do it ourself. That is a no go and not customar friendly and no service at all. That we could'nt talk/speak to no competent humans to get the two small lamps in the bedroom fixed. That we used too much time and nerves for the comunication with the chatbot and that no human was competent neighter“

„My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at this lovely boutique hotel. We absolutely loved every inch of the building. It was clean, stylish and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was also a nice bonus. The location was perfect and makes a great home base for the walkable attractions near by (La Setas, The Cathedral, the Royal Alcazar…) and I would have to agree with all the other reviews that Olga was such a sweet and welcoming host! We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting ...

„Great accommodation! Easy to find, clear instructions for the check in. Clean and spacious apartment. Well equipped, nice roof top terrace only for the buildings guests. Great located - everything is close by - restaurants, supermarket, sight seeing etc. It’s really recommended. (Maybe the apartments on the ground level have a little down side because there‘s the buildings main entrance, I lived on the 2. level which was great. ) “
