Nice cabin with some correctable issues
The cabin interior is very attractive and clean. It has a nice amount of space for a one bedroom. Towels and supplies were sufficient. Luggage storage is lacking so we used the floor. David was great with communication.
The property has five star potential but we had some frustrations. The hot tub was not at all warm the first night so we couldn't use it. We received a message before arrival about that possibility which I thought was unusual. The provided solution didn't work but maintenance got it working the next day.
While we received an electronic information packet the information was limited and a paper version in the house would have been helpful for basics like the wifi password and things like how the hot tub works or how the TV/Roku work.
I only found local TV channels through Xfinity and the ESPN app did allow their channels to be watched. We found several glasses and dishes that were not clean, probably hand washed. I think knowing some of these things will help future tenants not be surprised and have more of a five star experience.
