I gave a 5 star review because I know lower will mess with overall rating and the issues we had were minor but I also want to give a fully honest review for people booking. Pros:1. Location can’t be beat if going to Dollywood. We were 2 minutes away max and that was very nice after a long day at the park. 2. Clean3. Host is quick to respond to messages4. The fire pit area and hot tub were lovely and we spent a lot of time out side enjoying that. Cons:1. The air hockey table doesn’t work. We booked this cabin based on the pictures and amenities for my son for his birthday. The thing he was most excited for was air hockey. When I contacted the host they were nice enough but there wasn’t a solution offered or a credit just an I’m sorry it happens kind of vibe and suggested messing with it as previous guests had issues but were able to fiddle around and get it to work. I would have handled this much differently if I were the owner and wanted a repeat guest. 2. Some things are outdated such as the basketball set up, air hockey table as mentioned.3. Driveway indeed is quite steep. We didn’t have any issues but in the snowy weather I could see it being a problem. 4. It says in description there is a jetted tub in the master bathroom but there is not. All in all we had a lovely time and this is a decent place to book. The fire pit area and hot tub are worth it. Had it not been for the disappointment my son had I wouldn’t have complained about the other issues.
