🚫 The indoor pool is a plunge pool: for soaking and play, not laps or diving.
🚨 The pool room door has an alarm. Keep the door closed and the alarm on.

🎟️ Smith Creek Resort access is free with your stay and shared with other resort guests.
💺 To sleep 22, two guests use pull-out sleeper chairs (one each in Bedrooms 2 and 3) and two sleep on full-length sofas (one in the living room, one in the game room). The sofas are regular sofas, not sofa beds.
🗓️ Resort hours change by season, and weather can close it.
Nov to Dec: Fri to Sun, 10 AM to 8 PM. Water features open only if it is above 60°F by Thursday.
Jan to Feb: water features closed. Pickleball and mini golf stay open.
Mar, Sep, Oct: Sun to Thu 10 AM to 8 PM, Fri and Sat 10 AM to 10 PM.
Apr to Aug: daily, 10 AM to 10 PM. All water is heated.
🎒 The resort does not lend pickleball paddles.
🧢 No lifeguards, towels or sunscreen at the waterpark. Kids under 14 need an adult, and kids under 48 inches need a life jacket. No glass or alcohol.
🚧 Smith Creek is still being built out. Expect daytime construction noise and work trucks nearby.
📷 Exterior cameras cover the entry points and common outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the home.
📦 We cannot accept packages or mail. Use an Amazon locker or the post office.
🐻 Bears live here. Trash goes in the latched outdoor bins.
☕ We stock a starter supply of toiletries, paper goods, kitchen basics, coffee and tea. Bring more for longer stays.
