Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property 🚭. If our cleaners detect any signs of smoking inside, will be charged a fee for smoke remediation. Please keep all smoking on the exterior away from entry ways.

Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings ⏰. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges.

Due to Mother Nature's unpredictability 🌪️, we do not provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control. But rest assured Hostimo is local and is willing and able to help in time of need.

Although we love our furry friends 🐶🐱, we have a strict no-pets policy on the premises. If our cleaners discover any violation of this rule, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

An outdoor security camera 🎥 monitoring the driveway operates 24/7, recording movement and sound solely for safety reasons.
