📹 Exterior security camera on the front of the property facing the parking area, recording video and audio at all times. No cameras inside the home. Noise decibel monitors are also on the property.
🧻 Starter supplies only: enough paper goods, soap and dishwasher tablets to get you started. Plan a store run for longer stays. Groceries are about 20 min down the mountain.
🐻 Black bears are active year round. Keep food out of your vehicles, keep them locked, and never leave trash on the deck.
