Relax in a newly constructed modern cabin located just 10 minutes from Soaky Mountain Waterpark and Downtown Sevierville when staying at Midnight Ridge Lodge. This cabin is also located close to the new Buc-ee’s on Exit 407. It is “the largest convenience store in the world” with 120 gas pumps and a 250-foot-long car wash. This spacious cabin can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests and two pets with two king suites and two full-size beds, and a sleeper sofa. The entertainment area upstairs is complete with a pool table, two arcade games, and a large smart TV. Each full-size bed area even has its own smart TV, perfect for kids who can’t decide what to watch! After a long day of exploring The Smokies, relax in a large hot tub overlooking the lush Smoky Mountain Forest. Midnight Ridge Lodge is located in Eagle Springs Resort and has access to the shared pool at the entrance of the community.

Whether you’re looking to shop in Downtown Sevierville or explore The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Midnight Ridge Lodge is the perfect cabin for you! This cabin is located just minutes from Soaky Mountain Waterpark, shops in Downtown Sevierville, Wilderness of The Smokies, and so much more! This updated cabin is the perfect space to spend time and make memories with family.

Upon entering Midnight Ridge Lodge, you will find the living room with a modern gas fireplace, a sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV. Get cozy by the fireplace during chilly Smoky Mountain mornings and nights. Stream your favorite movies and TV shows or browse social media with our 500 mbps high-speed internet.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while overlooking Smoky Mountain forests from the porch at Midnight Ridge Lodge. When you return to the cabin after a long day of exploring The Smokies, relax in a large hot tub overlooking beautiful Smoky Mountain forests.

Create home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, an electric stove/oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. Enjoy meals with family in the spacious dining area with bench seating.

A charcoal grill is located on the deck for your BBQing pleasure. (We are in bear country, so please do not leave food unattended outside. Bring your charcoal)

Two king suites are located on the first level of Midnight Ridge Lodge. These cozy bedrooms each have a king-size bed, dresser, and closet. Each bedroom also has an updated attached bathroom.

Head upstairs and you will find the entertainment area and the full-sized bed nooks. Each full-size bed area has its own Smart TV! You can find the entertainment area upstairs with the full-sized beds. The entertainment area is complete with a pool table, two arcade games, and another Smart TV. When deciding what game to play, choose from multiple different options on each arcade game.

Midnight Ridge Lodge is located in Eagle Springs Resort and has access to their shared pool. This pool can be found at the entrance of the community. To access the pool, you will need a keyring that can be found in the cabin. If this keyring is lost, a fee to replace it will apply.

This cabin is located less than 10 minutes away from Soaky Mountain Waterpark, a newer but very popular attraction. Midnight Ridge Lodge is also located close to the new Buc-ee’s on Exit 407. It is “the largest convenience store in the world” with 120 gas pumps and a 250 foot long car wash. This cabin is located about 25 minutes from I-40.

Townsend, "The Peaceful Side of the Smokies," is located about 40 minutes away. Here you can find Cades Cove, Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro, and Peaceful Side Social to name a few of our favorites. Midnight Ridge Lodge is located about 30 minutes from Dollywood and the Pigeon Forge Parkway.

We are not owned/managed by a big corporate rental agency; local owners Josh and Leslie strive to provide you with a safe, clean, and comfortable cabin for you to enjoy and make memories in for years to come!

PET FEE: $75 (2 pet max)

PLEASE NOTE: A $300 security deposit will be required in the form of a credit card hold. This hold is not a charge and will be refunded upon check out. This hold ensures no damages to the property will occur. We require this security deposit, and a signed renter's agreement PRIOR to check in.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. The hot tub is for adult use only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant or have consumed alcohol. Use hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK.

ABSOLUTELY NO open flames/fire outside of the provided charcoal grill. Please dispose of extinguished charcoal in provided metal pail. Unauthorized fires (including candles) are subject to a $100 fee plus any damages.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the cabin or on the two decks. Please smoke outside and properly extinguish/dispose of cigarettes away from vegetation. Please listen to Smokey the Bear, "Only you can prevent forest fires!"

The cabin can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests and ten guests only! Per regulations, NO additional guests are allowed! If more than ten guests are present, you will be kindly asked to leave the property with NO REFUNDS!
