As you enter the lower level, you will find a large game room with vinyl plank wood flooring, Queen sleeper sofa, wet bar with 3 bar stools, TV, Exotica Cruisin' Race Arcade Game, Golden Tee Arcade Game, 3 bar stools, and double set of sliding glass doors to take in the views. A roomy Theater Room with 2 rows of 3 Power Reclining Theater Rooms chairs with LED Lights at the bottom that light up when you recline, Big Screen TV with sound bar system, regular sofa, and carpeting. A comfortable King bedroom with vinyl plank wood flooring, ceiling fan, TV, sliding door access to the lower-level deck.
