• Primary renter must be 25 or older, provide valid ID and remain at the property throughout the stay
• Rental agreement required within 48 hours of booking
• Maximum occupancy: 16 guests, strictly enforced
• The pool is serviced every Monday; please expect the maintenance technician on-site.
• All guests and vehicles must be registered with Shagbark Security
• Maximum of 6 vehicles
• Additional vehicles are $20 per vehicle, per night
• Holiday reservations are non-refundable regardless of the standard cancellation policy
