* Bedroom #4 (Lower Level): Welcome to the Bunk Room! Located in the game room/living room area, this sleeping area features two sets of custom Twin XL bunk beds. The perfect spot for a kid`s/teen room, each bunk bed comes with a dedicated reading light, nook space and charging outlets. There is a shared bathroom on the lower level right next to the bunks with a shower-tub combo.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)

* We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy and a strict no-pet policy.
Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.

The cabin is located in a residential area. Please be courteous of neighboring homes, owners and guests.
