Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and everything you need to cook up breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware. There is a charcoal park-style grill located just off the back deck.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, Wi-Fi outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.

Guests violating either of these rules will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
