Surrounded by 82,000 square meters of private land, Villa Ancora offers guests a tranquil retreat with fruit trees, pastures, and lush woodlands. The enclosed garden features an above-ground pool, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene atmosphere. A barbecue area with a dining table and chairs invites guests to enjoy outdoor meals in true Tuscan style.

The house is set on two levels, with both floors offering direct access to the garden due to its hillside location.

Ground floor: A bright living room with a fireplace and dining area creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with an oven, freezer, dishwasher, and a combination of two gas burners and two electric burners. This floor also features a bathroom with a massage shower.

First floor: A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the main double bedroom, which is open to the space below and includes air conditioning and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The second double bedroom can be accessed through the main bedroom or directly from outside. When the double doors between them are closed, both rooms become completely private. This second bedroom also includes a double sofa bed, a small kitchenette with a table, and a compact half bath with a toilet and sink.
