„The apartment was spacious and clean. The proximity to the city center was better than I imagined. The host was always available and communicated promptly. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment stay other than the water pressure could have been better and an air conditioning unit in the living room would be beneficial as one AC unit in the bedroom struggles to cool the whole apartment. Great value!!“

„Our room was clean. We like the hotel. It was near by the train and a bus stop so we could use them easily. There was just a problem, so there was not our room’s air condition’s remote control but don’t need to use it. All staff were so kind and helpful. „Nice room. You could hear some noice from the hallway (thin doors) but it really didn't bother me that much. The breakfast was at a nearby hotel so I had to leave the premises. I had no problems with that either. Great breakfast buffet. Really friendly and service-minded staff at the Botanica Residence. Especially Milos(?) who gave me some information about the local football culture. “

"Das Hotel liegt am Platz der Republik. Es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe, so wie das National Museum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind gemütlich. Das Frühstück war okay. Nach der ersten Nacht gab es nach der Zimmerreinigung eine kleine Überraschung - in Form von Keksen - auf dem Bett :-) eine kleine Anmerkung noch: Ich reise sehr viel im Ausland. Immer wieder wird darauf hingewiesen, dass wenn man die Handtücher aufhängt, diese nicht getauscht werden. Offenbar der Umwelt zu liebe. Ich hänge sie immer auf, aber dennoch werden sie jedes mal ausgetauscht. Ich frage mich, warum?! Auch in diesem Hotel ist es so gewesen!"
