„The hotel was a bit of a trek with luggage, my advice is to download the GO TaXi app which we used several times in the evening when the steep climb was too much. The morning of check out there was obviously too many people using the app so we had to walk to the ropeway which was around 10 mins downhill. The onsen was lovely and we all really enjoyed it. The room/ apartment was massive and although a bit dated had plenty of room. “

„Sehr guter Service, toller Onsen und schöne Lage am Ashi See. Ich würde jedoch nicht empfehlen mit dem Bus abzureisen, da das einem glückspiel gleicht ob der kommt oder nicht. Das Hotel ist für mich ein must visit auf jedem Trip in die hakone Region. “

„食事も設備も最高でした。妊娠中に利用したということもあり、食事のメニューについても細かく確認していただいたり、イスに座るときにもクッションを借りれたりとかなり配慮いただけました。子連れでもきている人が多いようなのでまた利用したいと思います。“

„Our room was beautiful, we even had a piano inside. Our bed had a really nice view of the little garden, where the open air onsen was located. The onsen was clean and it was so nice to sit in the warm water and take in the serene beauty of the place. The staff was really nice and took us by car to our room and to the busstop, they even wanted to take us to the restaurant, but we decided to walk. „Very nice view on Lake Ashi, Mt. Fuji. Calm, green surrounding. We spent 7 days in the Family Villa. Walk down to Togendai Busstop 15 min. To arrivr at the location you can take the cable car to Ubako and walk down 15 min. Shops available in Sengokuhara, 15 min with Bus from Togendai. Ohnsen available. All in all a nice stay. “

„The location and the staff were amazing. The food was a bit overrated. Unfortunately my AC did not work, but they did provide a plug in AC. Unfortunately, many people walked past my room at night. Would definitely recommend it for the location and service. “

"Japanische Zurückhaltung in der Ausstattung, aber wunderbare Gastfreundschaft und exzellenter Service! Die Küche hatte sogar alle Lebensmittel-Allergien berücksichtigt und jeden Abend ein separates Menü gekocht. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, aber praktisch um Mt. Fuji zu sehen. "

"Dépaysement avec ce séjour en Ryokan. Si il faut s’habituer au confort spartiate et aux règles particulières. Cela reste une très belle expérience authentique. L’organisation des bains privatisés est très efficace. Très bonne literie pour les chambres sélectionnées."
