The Space:
This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a relaxing retreat with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The King Master suite features an ensuite with a luxurious soaker tub and walk-in shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The first guest bedroom also offers a King bed with convenient patio access, while the second guest bedroom comes with a Queen bed and a desk, ideal for those needing a quiet space to work.

The home includes a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo, perfect for family or guest use. The pool and Mickey Mouse-shaped hot tub provide a fun and relaxing way to spend your time outdoors, while the outdoor dining and seating area offer a great space to enjoy meals and take in the surroundings. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare your favorite meals, and the cozy living room with streaming TV ensures relaxation after a day of exploration. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, perfect for family dinners or gatherings. Whether you're here to relax by the pool or explore the nearby trails, this home offers the perfect base for your Sedona getaway.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property. You will be able to check in after 4pm on your arrival day via keypad.

The Neighborhood:
Loved West Sedona neighborhood near hiking and biking trails. Restaurants, shopping, tourist activities, vortex sites and more!

Getting Around:
It's best to rent a car in Sedona. Also, use the Sedona Shuttle to get to the trail heads, it's free!

Other Things to Note:
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $150 per day. This must be arranged in advanced as it take a day to heat the pool. Also, we only heat the pool Mid May through Mid September. No exceptions.
Pool heat is not guaranteed.

House Rules:

Check in is 4 p.m.
Check out is 10 a.m.
No exceptions.

We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:

-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

We do not accept mail at this address.
No Pets!

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
