This unit does not have central air conditioning. We have a Portable A/C unit that can be set up in the living room for Summer (please request in advance).

1. Every resident must wait for the garage door to close after entering or leaving. This includes motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians entering/exiting through the garage door. If two or more vehicles are leaving in immediate succession, the last out is responsible for waiting. If two or more vehicles are entering in immediate succession, the first must allow the door to close to assure the second vehicle has a garage remote. If two vehicles are entering and leaving at the same time, the entering vehicle must wait. (No warning required for fine.)

2. Speed limit in the garage is 10 miles per hour. (No warning required for fine.)

***This property requires a $300.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by us prior to your arrival. The $300 security deposit is a requirement to book a stay within the Homeowners Association of the Building. You will be required to upload your credit card into our secure guest portal for a $300 pre-authorization hold. The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA.

Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.

You`ll be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we`ll send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign.

Please make best efforts to arrive during business hours or your access to the unit might get delayed as support is not immediately available.

Skyscrapers overlook Elliott Bay in Seattle’s compact Downtown. Shoppers buy local crafts and produce in vibrant Pike Place Market, with its eclectic restaurants and food stalls, or hit big-name stores like Nordstrom. The busy Central Waterfront has a giant Ferris wheel and the Seattle Aquarium, while cultural attractions in the wider area include the Seattle Art Museum and the 1928 Paramount Theatre.

Public transportation, Uber/Lyft are great options to move around.

There are quite a few stairs from the condo to get up to Pikes Market and the downtown area. Although there is a public elevator to avoid some of the stairs there are stairs that will need to be negotiated if you are walking to that area.

Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep volume to a minimum. The neighbors below us are most impacted by noise. We request that guests remove shoes upon entry, and especially avoid wearing high heels on the tile floor.

IF SOMETHING ISN`T RIGHT — TELL US FIRST
This is a privately owned home, not a hotel. No staff are on site. It is cleaned and inspected before you arrive, and things change between a morning clean and an afternoon arrival.
Message us as soon as you notice anything. We use best efforts to respond in real time and to start work as fast as we can; some repairs need a part or a licensed trade and take longer.
If we fix it, or give you a reasonable workaround, within a reasonable time, no refund or credit is due.
If a problem makes the home unfit to occupy or removes a major part of its use, and we cannot fix or substitute it in a reasonable time, we credit the nights actually affected, offer comparable accommodation if available, or reschedule.
Please don`t leave without telling us. We can`t credit a problem we were never given a chance to solve.


WHAT WE DON`T REFUND FOR — examples, not a complete list
Insects, spiders, webs, rodents, wildlife and birds native to the area, and pest treatment. Wind, dust, sand, pollen, ash, smoke, haze or debris, including on decks, patios, furniture, pools and spas. Weather of any kind, and the travel conditions it causes - snow on the road, chain controls, delays, or a drive you would rather not make. If a government order closes the only access route so that you cannot reach or occupy the home, that is handled under force majeure below. Seasonal changes to views, foliage, water levels, snow, lake or beach conditions, or landscaping. A missed housekeeping detail found after arrival - a dish put back not fully clean, a missed spot, a stray hair. Ordinary wear, minor marks, dated furnishings, or decor differing from photos where the home is substantially as described. Noise, light or activity from neighbors, construction, road work, traffic, aircraft, agriculture or community events. Slow, intermittent or reduced internet, Wi-Fi, cable, streaming or cellular service. Speed and performance are not guaranteed and no home is guaranteed suitable for streaming, gaming or video calls.
