*. Noise Disclosure: This building is located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Please expect some noise from the street and neighboring units. Light sleepers may consider using earplugs for a more restful experience.
*. AC Disclosure: There is one window AC in the unit.
*. Parking Disclosure: There is one parking space available in a nearby garage at 508 Denny Way, Seattle, WA 98109. Paid street parking is also available for $1 per hour.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500).
