The space
This corner triplex is perfectly located across the street from Alki Beach Park.
You have your own private space with full kitchen to relax and watch the world go by, all kinds of beachfront activities just outside.

The beach/sunset views from your home are completely unobstructed. You are less than 70 steps away from the sand.

Beach volleyball, kayak/paddle boarding, biking, scootering, and bonfiring at night at one of Seattle’s most photogenic and popular beaches are literally outside your front door. Blocks of amazing restaurants are just next door.

Want to explore downtown Seattle? You're a few blocks away from a free shuttle that takes you to the Water Taxi, whisking you across Elliot Bay right to Seattle’s waterfront for walking access to Pike Place Market, historic Pioneer Square, and great Chinese/Thai/Japanese/Vietnamese food in the International District.
The sports stadiums of Seattle Seahawks, Mariners, and Sounders are also right there, as well as the light rail station for access to the rest of Seattle and SeaTac airport.

That same free shuttle can also take you to the two main centers of West Seattle, the Alaska Junction and the Admiral Junction with grocery stores, many more restaurants, and shopping.
Guest access
There is an electronic lock at the front door to the building and each unit has its own lock box with key. Each unit is completely private and separate, but share laundry facilities, backyard, and front entrance.

Please note that there is NO off-street parking for this unit. Street parking is free, however.

There is plentiful bus service, plus a free shuttle that will take you to the West Seattle Water Taxi.
There is plenty to explore within walking distance. Alki Beach Park is an active place with lots of cafes, restaurants, bike/kayak/paddle boards rentals but can be serene and peaceful if you'd like it to be.

Open fires are allowed on the beach where people have bonfires & Barbecues.

You've also got all the ride share scooters & bikes just across the street to explore the beauties of Alki Beach from the 2.5 mile paved jogging/bike path. A fantastic relaxing experience.
Other things to note
Please note that it can sometimes get very NOISY here depending on the season and time of year! We unfortunately have no control over this, but due to the popularity of the area and our prime location right on the Alki strip next to the beach, the area can sometimes get quite lively and busy during the weekend and especially in the summer.

It is not all the time, and it is sometimes hard to predict, but if you need absolute peace and quiet or are sensitive to noise, this might not be the stay for you. Unfortunately, it sort of comes with the location and is not something we can control.

Also please note that during popular summer weekends, Alki Beach can get very crowded and street parking can become challenging.
