Guests enter through the Southern front porch into a spacious and inviting living area that radiates warmth and comfort. With a large Smart TV, new coastal furnishings, and an aesthetic fireplace, this open space flows seamlessly to the kitchen and dining areas. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals, featuring modern appliances including a gas stove, a center island with four counter stools, ample counter space, and a standard coffee pot.

The dining area features a large table that seats eight and expands into a sunroom with comfortable seating and a bar area, ideal for mixing an evening cocktail. A backdrop of lush natural greenery is set against the northwest wall, where a wall of windows leads out to the deck. On the deck, guests will enjoy cozy seating and a propane grill, making dinner a breeze. A shiplap powder room is conveniently located off the living area.

The first-floor master suite features a cozy king bed, smart TV, closet, dresser, and access to the back porch via a sliding door. Its oversized ensuite bathroom offers double vanity sinks, a large Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, a second master ensuite bedroom features a smart TV, queen bed, and a large bathroom with a tub and shower combination and vanity. The third bedroom features a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two double beds and a reading nook. These bedrooms offer access to the full hallway bath, which has a soaking tub and separate shower.

All three of the upstairs bedrooms have access to a large deck that runs the length of the house, furnished with chaise lounges and a bistro table. Tucked away off the upstairs hallway is a large washer and dryer, along with a secondary den area featuring a sofa and TV, a favorite second hangout spot for families. Outside, an outdoor shower makes returning from the vast, uncrowded beaches a breeze.

• BEACH: 0.8 miles away. At least 2 beach chairs are provided at the property for guest use. An outdoor shower is on-site for rinsing off after a day at the shore.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with your stay at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). This offers full access to the oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
• POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the amenity card. The outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is also included.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 4 vehicle gate passes.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: Only gas-powered LSV golf carts are permitted at this property. Please note that LSVs require a gate pass and will count toward the four-vehicle maximum limit.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: Dog friendly. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs permitted. An additional pet fee applies.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

• ADDITIONAL INFO: Guest safety is always a priority. A fire extinguisher is located under the sink. A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

• WASHER & DRYER: A large washer and dryer are located tucked away off the upstairs hallway for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKERS: A standard 12-cup glass coffee pot is on site for guest use. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 daily savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Pre-order forms are mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is unable to accept information over the phone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 4 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) count as a vehicle pass.

• CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. • CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We are one of the only companies that washes the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
