„This house has absolutely everything you could need for a short getaway to fun folly beach. It's well equipped with top appliances. It was impeccably clean and the furniture was cozy and comfortable. Sitting outside in the shade of the beautiful trees was a dream. And the best part of this house was the location. „Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. “

„We really enjoyed this location. The description aptly describes the interior. Cool tile floors and interesting architecture. Very short walk to private beach. Growing up as a beach kid, the 70's vibe was super fun. Be advised that this is the bottom level of am occupied house. Outdoor sitting area could use a little attention, but that didn't affect the fun. Thanks for the stay!“

„The unit was a little dated but well appointed and very clean. The location is just outside the main Kiawah gate so it is easily accessible but also comes with a pass to get onto Kiawah. It is right down the street from a public beach access. “

„The property was peaceful for 2 or 14 as we had. You can be alone with space you want or you can have your family/group close but never crowded. We gather around the kitchen, it also has space for much more.“
