This is it! This is the gorgeous, get-away-from-it-all Seabrook Island vacation home you've been searching for! Newly constructed and impeccably designed, this exquisite home is conveniently located within The Village at Seabrook. This ideal location means that, as a guest of Whispering Palms, you'll have quick & easy access (for an additional fee) to nearby Seabrook Island amenities - including the Lake House community center, the Equestrian Center and the Racquet Club - as well as quick, easy & FREE access to The Village at Seabrook amenities, including two community pools, two pool houses and a picnic area & walking trail that overlooks Palmetto Lake. Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village (where you'll find a grocery store, shops & restaurants) are a short drive away. Whispering Pines features two master suites (one on the lower level and one on the upper level), a bunk room with two custom built bunkbeds (for a total of 4 twin beds), a screened porch with lovely breezes and an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining area and kitchen. You'll swoon over the design details and high end finishes throughout this beautiful, custom built home including gorgeous tile work, designer wallpaper and top of the line appliances.

Seabrook Island is a gated community on a Lowcountry barrier island that is 45 minutes from downtown Charleston. By ordering an amenity card (deposit and additional fees apply), you'll be able to access Seabrook Island's incredible offering of amenities. You'll feel your stress levels melt away as you bike or walk the trails, kayak through the marsh waters, hunt for shells on the beach, play a round of golf, take a guided horse trail ride, brush up on your tennis skills or read a book in a lounge chair on the beach. Guests access Whispering Palms by entering the garage and taking the interior stairs to the first floor. On the first floor, you'll find the kitchen, dining area, living room, master suite, half bathroom, laundry room and stairs to the second floor. You can access the screened porch from the dining area. On the second floor, you'll find the second master suite, the bunk bedroom, the guest bedroom and the Jack & Jill bathroom. Off street parking for up to 4 cars. Late fees may apply for passes required within 2 weeks of check in or for showing up without the QR code at the Seabrook Island gate.

Beach Access. You can drive to the Beach Club (amenity card required) and park across the road where you can use the Beach Club pool, enjoy the cafe or use beach access points 7 or 8.

What a wonderful home! We truly couldn't have found a more perfect haven--an ideal retreat from the heat and storms during our stay--and a peaceful place to rest our heads after days filled with fun and exploration! Every detail of the home was so thoughtfully prepared--clean, comfortable, and clearly cared for with great attention. They anticipated our needs in ways we didn't even expect, which made our stay all the more relaxing and enjoyable. I can't recommend this property enough for any family looking to unwind and get away.

Very nice house

The house was very nice and provided access to the Seabrook Island amenities. There is a private HOA pool just down the street or less than a 10 minute drive to the beach. Everything in the house was clean and looked very new. Overall it was a great place to stay with my family.

Seabrook Island Review

We recently returned from our stay at this lovely home on Seabrook Island. It is a new house with all the amenities that you would expect from a top home. We enjoyed our time there relaxing with family and friends. Of course, we knew the specifics of the home before we booked, If I had one observation about the house is that there needs to be another sitting area/hanging out area for guests. The house sleeps 10 but there is only one sitting area, one couch and two chairs. It would be fine if you were a young family, but we have teenagers, and it would be nice for all to have another space for them to hang out. The outdoor shower was great. The beach club was nice but not great and make sure you put your towels back every day because they are microchipped which seems a little extra to me and I bet that I will have some charges!!! All in all, I would rent there again but would be mindful about their needing to be extra space. It was clean, modern and lovely!

Beautiful Home in Peaceful Setting

The house is just a pictured. Everything is new and clean. The host was fantastic. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the two (very quiet) neighborhood pools are 100 years away. The house is well stocked with top of the line bedding, cookware, and products. The beach is beautiful, not crowded, with many convenient access points with good parking. We can’t wait to go back.

This property is absolutely stunning, brand new, and the home owners paid attention to every detail. You will be so comfortable with the best of everything. My family truly enjoyed relaxing in this marvelous home. It is about ten minutes from the beach so I highly recommend renting a LSV to make things fun. There is a community pool nearby but the beach front pool with the food and drinks is also about a ten min drive (a beautiful drive). I recommend getting the amenities pass. My only complaint is the property management company, iTrip. First, they tried to sell us 2 extra nights at a discount. We would have gladly taken this but the discount wasn't very much. It was still the same price per night. The property was open because they tried to sell us that night the day before. We got there early and iTrip would not give us access to the property even though it was empty and ready . After looking at the small print, iTrip wants you to pay for a full extra night to ensure early access. This is not an inexpensive rental. I would have gladly paid a reasonable rate for the 4 extra hours and asked to. We were traveling with an infant, 3 small children and had to change in the driveway into our beach clothes, change diapers, eat snacks. It was very stressful. Then, iTrip would not give us access to the amenities pass we paid for until our "session started". I would have expected a five-star home to come along with five-star service. It felt like we were being nickeled and dimed.
