„Krassi ist eine sehr aufmerksame, nette und hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin. Parkplätze sind gleich in der Nähe (2 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Allerdings muss man bedenken, dass es (bedingt durch die Altstadt) viele steile Treppen zu erklimmen gibt, bevor man das Hotel erreicht. Dafür wird man mit einer traumhaften Aussicht belohnt.“
„Room was cleaned daily, towels were always changed and bed was tidied up. It was very sweet to place complimentary Turkish delight bars as well as coffee, water and bottle of Rosé wine. View was amazing, the room was quiet aside from some noisy neighbours on their own balcony.
Staff was amazing! Gave me a homemade biscuit cake for my birthday as a surprise at breakfast! Loved the traditional bulgarian dishes alongside international ones.

„I booked a king room but was given a twin room instead, which affected my comfort and sleep throughout my stay. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or attempt to resolve it, and I was told to contact my travel agent instead.
