„We had such a nice time! It was a pre season (for the area) trip for work but everything was great! Cabins clean with every amenity we could have asked for! Comfy bed, good shower! All in a great stay! Very nice owner!“

„Cool cabin in the woods. Enjoyed our stay. So close to Bar Harbor and to Acadia National Park. The cabin had everything we needed (items you can't bring when you fly to the destination), so we appreciated that. Only suggestion would be to update the towels and have more of them. They are thin and worn.We had a great time and would highly suggest this cabin!“

„the house is beautiful, deer and other wild animals on the property. loved the wood stove. restaurants and shopping in Bar Harbor was a short ride. would rent again“

„The cottage was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, We really enjoyed and made good use of the fire pit. It was all set up and ready to light. Southwest Harbor is my favorite place to stay on the island. It is much less touristy than Bar Harbor but still has some good dining options as well as a nice coffee shop. We had a great stay.“

„The area is very quiet. It was great for a home base for us to visit places and then come back to the cabin and relax!“

„This was a great place to stay for our little family while visiting the Bar Harbor/ Acadia area. The cabin was comfy and more than enough room for a family of 3. Everything was stocked well, very clean and well thought through with renters in mind. Both Bar Harbor and Acadia were about 10 minutes away and easy to get in and out of. The hike from the cabin was a perfect way to go see the sunset. Would absolutely stay again if we are in the area! “

„The cabin is close to Acadia National Park in Manset. It is very cozy inside and out. The bedroom, in particular, is nice and cozy and a great retreat after a long day of hiking. The kitchen is also very well equipped, and we were able to cook great meals. There are little signs everywhere explaining how everything works. That was very helpful. „Heavily misrepresented surrounded on three sides by construction equipments and various piles of refuse. Shed is divided in two, with construction porta potty as only restroom. Shower set up is illegally with dirty shower water going directly onto the forest floor, an environmental hazard. Entire area was dirty and porta potty was full. „This cottage was a pleasant change from the bustle of Bar Harbor. Although its small and cozy, it had what we needed for a short term stay. Barring a few check-in inconveniences, it was comfortable and we especially enjoyed the firepit that we spent time at after a long Acadia Park hiking adventure.“

„Short two night stay on a girls' trip to explore Acadia and Bar Harbor. This was the perfect place for the 3 of us. Well-located, well-appointed, good space and comfy beds. The trail to the beach was a great bonus. I would highly recommend to others looking for a affordable option close to all the amenities but slightly out of the hustle and bustle.“

„What a great place to relax. The property abuts the shore--maybe a 60-second stroll down a grassy, gentle slope where adirondacks and the dock await. Or just hang out on the patio to watch from there. Warm during the day, cooling off at night, lobster by the beach -- just the perfect summer getaway. Thanks for the great stay and easy communication, Ben.“

„We enjoyed our stay very much. If it had been warm enough to enjoy all of our meals outside that would have been wonderful. We didn’t plan or pack for any rain but when it poured for a solid day, we were thankful for the cabin’s shelter and wifi and umbrella when we went out. Although we brought an infant and a 2.5yo, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this property for such little/young kids unless you’re prepared for spotting them up and down the ladder. „We were fortunate to be able to stay at The Nub again this year, and it remains our favorite place to stay. Spending days hiking the mountains of Acadia and returning to The Nub at night is incredibly restorative. Angela is a great host, receptive to all of our needs, even those we didn't know we had! We hope to return again next year!“

"Brandnew Hotel in Bar Harbor with all most modern amenities and thoroughly styled. We were staying for 3 nights with 2 standard king rooms booked on ground floor and got an upgrade to 3rd floor for a huge corner room for the parents and an adjacent big room for our kids. The breakfasts were awesome, not the usual hustle and bustle of a buffet, but a choice of either hearty or sweet breakfasts were served on porcelain at our table with cutlery and cloth serviettes, along with a choice of orange juice and coffees or teas and fruits. Also the afternoon tea and cookie hour was a very nice asset. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay between the year end's holidays."

"Die Zimmer sind veraltet und extrem ringhörig. Das Bett war extrem umbequem. Es gibt in der nähe kein Frühstücksangebot. Das Restaurant vom Hotel hat zwar ab 8 Uhr geöffnet es wird aber auch beim Frühstück die gleiche Karte wie beim Abendessen angeboten. Das Abendessen war gut jedoch schliesst das Restaurant bereits um 20 Uhr."
