„Very professional and friendly staff. No issue with English. Wide choice of restaurants, coffee shops and amenities (simple bike rent). Good breakfast and room larger then average japan hotel room. Nice but not outstanding Onsen. Luggage service for biwako lake bycle trip possible. Bus service to train station. Unfortunately the fan in the bathroom can not be shutdown (central controlled shutdown between 1pm to 6 pm only and make a lot of noise, first hotel in Japab where the guest can not ...

„Very nice hotel with very professional and friendly personnel. Highly recommend.“

„Amazing property. Very clean room with amazing service.“

„great location, wonderful house, japanese traditonal style“

A localização deixa um pouco a desejar, meio afastado. O horários do check in a partir das 16hs e principalmente o de check out as 10 hs ,me desagradou.“

„This was one of our favourite places to stay on our trip. It really was more like a studio apartment vs. a hotel. It’s in a quiet area, but really easy to get to where you want to go by walking. The room was really large and it was nice to have in suite laundry. The bathroom was also massive, which was a nice change and there was a separate shower area. It’s self check-in and there’s a secure place you can leave your luggage at check-out if you’re not travelling hntil later in the day. We had ...

„tolles Zimmer, traumhafte Lage um Gion zu erkunden, sehr sauber, nettes Personal, geniales Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Wir würden es wieder buchen “

„Our stay at Imperial Hotel Kyoto was excellent from start to finish. The service was outstanding— attentive and professional, with every detail taken care of. Our room was comfortable and immaculate. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the rooftop. It was such a wonderful space to relax, take in the views and enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto. It was a nice touch to our visit. Overall, Imperial Hotel Kyoto was fantastic. From the beautiful surroundings and excellent service to the ...

„Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre“

„We were immediately greeted by the warm and smiling staff of this sweet hotel right in the historic Gion district. We loved our large room and the heated floors in our bathroom. We had breakfast each morning that was delicious and ate dinner on our last night there which was out of this world!!! I’m so happy we stayed here.“

„Incredibile experience of staying in a traditional ryokan. Very calm/peaceful atmosphere and the most lovely staff. Our room had everything we needed however, no coffee machine. There was a cafe nearby though, and breakfast was delicious and included coffee.“

„We loved our stay at this stylish small hotel. Our corner room was spacious, with sensational views over the city, hills and Shirakawa River. The bed was firm, the shower strong and the amenities were decent for our five night stay. One of the things we liked most about the hotel was its lobby and lounge area, with picture windows taking in the river and autumn leaves and books to enjoy on a cold afternoon. It had such a calm atmosphere. Breakfast was served here (delicious and good value at ...
