„The owner changed my booking, so I had a complete dorm on my own. He explained me everything and was very helpful all the time. He gave me the feeling to be more than welcome. I really liked the fully equipped kitchen. This hostel it simple style, but very clean and comfy. You have all you need even for longer stays. I would definatly come again. “

„The facility was very nice and quiet. Perfect for a retreat with private bath and hot spring water inside. My room carpet floor had spots- I thought it was wet - the staff were extremely nice and friendly, however only one person I met able to speak English. I guess the place was more towards locals than international guests. Overall. It was a good experience.“

„Super Hotel in toller Lage. Insgesamt wirklich top!“

„Room very clean. Very nice and professional staff. Very good location. 10 min. to harbour. 5 min. to shopping and entertainment. 5 min. to Chinatown.“

I’d recommend leaving the Shinkansen at Shin-Osaka and board a local rapid train that goes directly to Motomachi station instead of getting off Shin-Kobe. It’s a lot easier to reach the hotel that way. The staff was perfect, always friendly and very helpful. There were only two things that were kind of bothersome for me, one thing was that ...

„I would definitely stay here again, hopefully for longer.“

„Good hotel “
