„My booking showd all of a sudden a smoker room. I contacted the hotel in Japanese, but they did not care nor answer. At check in they only had a smoker room for me which was unacceptable for me. They told me to charge for one night and I went somewhere else to stay. Now I am still charged the full amount although I called hotels.com. I feel cheated by the hotel and by hotels.com who promised to clarify this issue but never did. Will book at another portal and hotel next time. I meanwhile ...

„Even though the hotel is very close to the train station the trains do not make too much noise or affect sleeping. The room has great sound and light insulation. There is a hot bath area on the second floor. The vending machines in and directly in front of the hotel didn't have the best drink selection but a Lawsons convenience store is right around the corner.
