„great“

„It was a cool looking hotel. I felt the staff weren’t too helpful though. They didn’t really make us feel like home. The restaurant was okay, a bit slow. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. Our room was big, and the blanket was definitely warm. Hot shower. Great. My favourite thing was the observatory experience with David Rivas Romero. This is only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (I think) so we got lucky as we were okay there one night. Worth it. He was so nice and educational. We’ve never ...

„I stayed one day/night at this hotel, and the experience was fantastic. This is not a luxury hotel, but the views, gardens, and food were excellent! The staff at the restaurant were kind, friendly, and respectful.“

„Modern, thoughtfully designed room. Typical breakfast but with real coffee and juice.😀Super pleasant and responsive staff. Beautiful surroundings. All at an amazing price! We wished we could stay longer.“

„Beautiful boutique hotel with only 16 rooms that are spacious, elegant, quiet, safe and convenient. The staff is amazing and helped mewith anything and everything I needed including fixing my glasses I sat on and shopping for special foods I like. I felt deeply cared for. I now consider this my home in the Sacred Valley and hope to return someday. This is for sure THE only place to stay in my opinion.“

„Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. “

„Paisaje natural“

„Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Besitzerin des Hotels ist sehr zuvorkommend und stets um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Es kann mal etwas lauter werden, sollte das Zimmer an der Straße liegen, wie es bei uns der Fall war. :)“
