„Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff, well there’s not a front desk but when called for assistance it was given pleasantly. Pool was clean, the game room was out of order the day I was gonna use it with my family so that sucked. But overall was a nice stay“

„We had organised a free pick up service from the airport that was offered by the hotel. The driver arrived half an hour late at the airport. When we complained to the receptionist (Alicia) she had a very bad attitude towards us (for whatever reason), claiming that the pick up wasn't correct anyways. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service.“

„As the previous reviewer noted, the apartment we stayed in was not the one listed -- that apartment is on the first floor -- but our apartment (on the top floor) had the most amazing view. „This place was super isolated and very nice! Quiet and worth the money“

„The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.“
