„Sauberes Zimmer, aber nicht mehr der Standard für 2026.“

„Fantastic host looked after us incredibly well, the place is right opposite the Lincolnshire county show ground, peaceful and quiet, we had a lovely walk up and down the bridal path. The host is an artist and showed us her works which is very impressive. The site has a new sauna and hot tubs for guests to enjoy. The breakfast was brought to us at the time we chose. Loved it and would book again if we are in the area.“

„Staff were great, rooms although a little dated exceptionally clean, and free breakfast was a great plus. Price was more than fair for the stay. Would highly recommend.“

„Fabulous! The staff are the real highlight of the hotel - they were so friendly, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious both days and the carpark easy to access. Considering the fact it has a pub attached was also quiet and couldn’t be in a better location for exploring Lincoln Cathedral and castle. Would definitely stay again.“

„A very friendly welcome and staff were always ready to help my partially disabled wife. The meals were excellent and well planned. The hotel was very welcoming and felt homely with such Georgian/ Victorian style .“

„Hatten bei Ankunft leider eine Toilette auf dem Zimmer, die nicht funktionierte ( alte englische Pracht 😊). Zimmer wurde sofort umgebucht. Kleiner Umzug war nötig. Kein Problem!“

„Nettes Hotel“

„Nice hotel for a short stop. Very central and convenient when in Lincoln. Decent parking on site. Only the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better.“

„Einfache aber praktische Einrichtung. Sauber. Rezeption könnte einen Tresen vertragen“

„Very nice family owned hotel with only 2 rooms. The hotel runs also an pub, what is a great place to be and drink“

„Just lovely! Das Hotel ist in Privatbesitz und sein Besitzer liebt was er tut. Wer kein standardisiertes Hotel von der Stange möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.!“

„Everything was perfect Great breakfast Lovely hosts Wonderful room Amazing location“

„Very outdated and in urgent need of renovation. Too expensive for what you get. Breakfast Buffett is very poor. “

„Rooms are very tired, dated and not standardised, carpets very dirty in rooms. Television reception was so poor that made viewing anything not possible. Wifi worked, not all televisions were smart in that couldn't view streaming services. Some rooms still have single glazing, meaning cold and very noisy. The kitchen was okay but missing many things like bowls, poorly equipped. Entrance was unlit, making later arrival difficult as unable to see entrance and unable to enter code. Cleaning ...
