„The hotel is good in concept, but let down by maintenance and provision of kitchen items. We had 2 rooms with kitchen with 2 people per room. 1 room had only 1 set of dishes and cutlery. Neither kitchen sink had a plug. No dishcloth or brush for washing dishes. Hotel provided tea bags, coffee, milk but no sugar. Body wash dispensers in shower were not refilled. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. This other member of staff then told us they didnt realise ...

„I arrived at the Horse and Jocky and I was surprised to hear that it was Karaoke night and it was well liked bye many, it was Friday night and it's let your hair down time, it was a change to have so many people who just turned up to sing and enjoy the evening, I was an outsider but I didn't feel it.“
